Hi, I have ordered from them for more than 2 years. They have always done a great job. I always us the same CC# with no problems, but one time I tried to use a different one, and the CC people called me to make sure it was me making the purchase. I would call thr CC company and tell them it is okay to make the charge. I think that should work out the problem. This company has always worked really good for me. Hope this helps
