I checked with a different escrow site although they all pretty much work the same. Escrow.com tracks and verifies delivery so the recipient can't say they never received the product. That said, although this particular service does do international orders, there are restrictions on the type of merchandise allowed - anything they deem to be illegal (they specifically mention drugs and weapons) isn't allowed.
