RE: PHARMACY FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING UPDATE TIMES
Brighton fills orders throughout the day. They are located just outside of Denver, CO, in the Mountain Time Zone. They are open from 9:00AM - 6:00PM MST. Once prescriptions are filled, a representative at the pharmacy logs into our web site - same as you - and enters the shipping number, cost for your medications, and costs for your shipping next to your name in their fulfillment console. Once they submit this information, it updates your Order History in the MMS system and also auto-sends you an email with the same information. This update may occur anytime between 9:00AM and 8:00PM CST.
