letitride, I did the same so don't feel bad. Have you contacted storm pay about a claim?
I sent 3 emails to the claims department & they all went unanswered, so I sent one to the help department explaining the situation to them. They are contacting the billing company and giving them 48 hours to respond, but I told them I am contacting my credit card company & initiate a chargeback if I do not see any results through them.
