You can send them an e-mail when they are off line and I saw a real e-mail address under contact info.
Anyway, to me its as much as you get with most online consult/no record OP's (good luck getting any kind of responce from even rx1stop or and of those places).
Although I will say their "wholesale" type quantity and pricing is strange and, well, somehat "unique"....
Maybe I'm more daring, but I say, if you want, give it a shot. What have you got to loose? Just make sure you pay by CC and you have little to worry about. If you don't get it, you just do a charge back.
Just don't sent anyone money by Western Union (I didn't go past the first page, but I assume they accept CC's) and you are pretty safe.
