There are other ones though. i had cortezone or steriods in my three epidural shots. They either cost $2000 a PIECE or for the set. But my insurance covered it and I didn't even pay since it was in patient surgury. Back in the good old days when I had great insurance.
But the shot might work for you. But post a thread asking if they work . or you can access my posts by clicking my user name. I made this thread about the effectiveness of back shots a while back and a lot responded. Few were helped except I think other than three posters.
I would see what other options were open unless the shots are inexpensive or covered by insurance. Mine may have just cost more because I was in an operating room full of people and monitors.
But a word of caution. Make SURE he DOES have monitors of where he places that shot. Don't let him con you into doing it in his office unlesss he is in a proper facility. It can screw you up. Also, these shots can damage vertebrae. Better yet, DO try and access my thread. I think it went two pages and all but 3 were negative if I remember.
