Anyone who has NOT developed a tolernce to Hydro?

I've been on hydro for over a year. My out-of-pocket Internist (I do not use my PCP on my LOUSY insurance) Rx's 4x/day yet I've never gone over 3 per day and have built NO tolerance to them; specifically 10/325. I have a legit pain issue.

Recently - with the HORRIBLE weather this past week - I took an additional 1/2 pill and it was a HORRIBLE experience - I felt as tho I was having a "heart attack". Luckily, one of my salespeople (a female) came to my rescue with a sedative. Apparently it was a panic attack and she gave me a sedative. I was fine within 1/2 an hour.

My question -

Have any of you experienced the above?

Also, have any of you built no tolerance after prolonged (over a year) use?
