Man, that's nuts! I've been watching Band of Brothers and if it't to be believed, everyone got supplied with morphine ampules (and Hershey bars and Smarties candies, but that's beside the point). Even in the US civil war it was common. 150 years later and you can't distribute 30mg morphine pills? Heck, you can't even abuse them if they're extended release! Hello UN, step up buddies, set up an education/distribution system, right after you do one for the malaria vaccine that's just sitting in a lab right across from me. Oh, wait, my bad, the vaccine is against the strain that attacks the WEST, not the Africans. We don't have one for that yet... My god, what a bunch of jerks up there.
