I have been trying to urge her to get letter

I have told her to get a letter from her physc doctor concerning her depression as ammo under the ADA.

Bush has changed this law that his own father considered the Best if kept off the board jewel of his tenure and I don't think it has a lot of teeth.

But it is still worth a shot.

She did send some intake info to two labor lwayers the other day before she has to sign the agreement not to sue for dismissal (or lawoff which might be moot since this might not be considered discirmatory firing).

At this point its in the hand of the two lawyers.
