I does sound like you're doing great. Might I suggest that you remain on the methadone for a couple of weeks, as it is long acting, and the withdrawal will be slow to onset. Perhaps in a week or so, you can reduce it to 5 mgs per day, and if all goes well in another couple of weeks, you can drop it off completely. The hydro's, at that point, should be enough. Although, you may need a little seditive (valium) for sleep at this point. For what it's worth, that's my .02 cents.
