JOJOM,

This is a great cause as the current stats show that women, minorities and as Greycie pointed out, children, are being infected as well.

Fortunately, there's walks in three major cities with New York first:
New York: May 16, 2004
San Francisco: July 18, 2004
Los Angeles: October 17, 2004

Here's the general link:
http://www.aidswalk.net/
and
for specific information about each city, add the city after the last slash...
www.aidswalk.net/newyork/

Thanks so much for posting this. While such activism isn't DB- endorsed, it is an extraordinary cause in terms of fund raising for very sick people many of whom in great pain and need palliative care.

I'll put a link in the separate Links above. Would suggest moving thread to the Activism Section of the Board, but it's your judgement call. Seems that everyone's seeing it here.

in fundraising!
