Very well stated Julz. If the medical records are obtainable, we have added significant credibilty to ourselves, the physician reviewing our situation, and the pharmacist filling the Rx at the OP.

It is not about whether the need exists or how honest we might seem on the phone. The longevity of each site depends on how well we support them and respect their intergrity.
