What dosage of the tramadol are you taking daily? (be honest here)....any dose equal to or greater than 400 mg can cause grand mal seizures & the amitry. has the unfortunate side effect of prolonging the half life of almost ALL other meds...so you may need to LOWER your dose of the ultram. and if you've had a seizure, stopping or lowering the dosage won't necessarily stop the seizures...I continued to have seizures after discontinuing ultram altogether for 5 years....on seizure meds....think about it...you may be driving along one day and have a grand mal & kill you, or worse yet the family of five in the car next to you....you need to see a neurologist
