Hi, Suzie. I'm so sorry you're having trouble sleeping. I know how awful that can be; I'm bipolar and when on a manic swing can go days without sleep. My angel of a shrink has me on Zyprexa (an anitpsychotic) to even out my sleep cycle and ensure a good night's rest without feeling foggy the next morning. I'm on 2.5 mg right now, but have been on upwards of 15 mg, depending on how bad the insomnia. I also have a high med tolerance, but have not seemed to build one with the Zyprexa. Hope this helps.
