I really am a true beiliver in vitamins and supplements and I would recommend a good multi as well as B12, very important, you can get a 1,000mcg shot from Doctors or take the sublingual form, that is placed under the tongue. Taking it any other way will not produce any benefits. I have been taking B12 for about 2 months and I have feel so much better. There are no side effects either so its same to use. Its also all natural so there are no other drugs going through your system.
