Yep, i'll back that one up. For me, I would have to take about 5x as much codeine as hydrocodone to come close to the pain relief, if not more. Personally, i've written off codeine and dyhydrocodeine (note, that's dyhydroCODEINE not a form of hydrocodone) because it just takes too much to relieve the pain, and to keep up the pain relief for the long-haul i'd have to be buying FAR more of those than I would feel comfortable ordering.
I find this type of med relatively effective for a mild headache but beyond that... well, I certainly would have to laugh heartily at anyone who tried to claim codeine 5/500 or 10/325 or any other "hydro sound-alike" was remotely close to the same pain-killing ability.
I hope anyone ordering undrstands that difference... or your body / pain-control may be in for a big letdown when you switch from norcos to codeine 10/325...
