Hi - the refill policy is 23 days from the date on the bottle. To refill, just go to the website, log on, & click the "Refills" link. It will ask you to enter your Rx # - just be forewarned that if you're only trying to refill one prescription rather than all you may have been prescribed, the pharmacy is easily confused & will generally refill all available scripts, not just the one you requested.
After you order your refill on the website you'll receive an email stating that the doctor may call if he has any questions or the pharmacy may call for shipping information. In my case neither happened & I received a tracking # 24 hours after requesting my refill.
