Oceans, unfortunately, for me, in order to rid myself of the pain completely and sometimes, even just to temper it a bit, I have to take enough of my pills to get that 'buzz' you're referring to. I suppose that's why I have a love/hate relationship with it. If I want to feel no pain, I have to lose my lucidity, which, I don't like- especially if I have to lose it often. So, I don't take the pills to chase that buzz- rather, I'm forced to endure that buzz to chase that 'pain-free' state. I wish I did enjoy it more- then it wouldn't bother me so much to have to take the pills so often
