Ive ordered from them once, and had a small glitch in the system. It made it no further than "Order Received" until I called customer service (who by the way, were extremely helpful and professional) several hours later. My card hadnt even been charged, my order just got lost in the system somewhere. After talking with her, it was approved and ready for shipping the next day within an hour. The quality of the meds were good and I had my order at 1030am. I will be using them again.
