What I did to get past this was to send my favorite OP an e-mail stating that I would like the Dr. to call me (for my second consult), BUT I did not have any privacy at work and could she somehow work around this?? A also stated that I was a returning patient with the same medical complaint as before.
Well, it worked out wonderfully. The Dr. was given this bit of information and was extremely discreet and confidential when she called me. She ONLY asked me yes or no questions since she knew that I had no privacy. Give it a try.
There is also the option of going with an OP that has evening and/or Saturday office hours. In fact, I just read on this board that norcoworldwide.com has Saturday office hours...
