To answer your question about euphoria, I have found that I do not feel any dizziness or "euphoria" (which to me is that calming, floating feeling you get about 20 minutes after you take a painkiller) if I am having pain over 6/10. If I am having mild pain or am taking my regular dose although I am not having pain at the moment I do "feel" it. I don't know why that is. I guess Im not the only one who has noticed it. I remember when I had a kidney stone and at the time I was opiate naieve. Normally any narcotic would have thrown me for a loop, but during a case of renal colic I didn't "feel" a thing except the pain was gone. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Oh- and I also think that several law enforcement agencies read the boards. Hell, the CIA and various other government agencies have whole departments set up just to monitor the internet, newspapers and TV. Not just for drugs, but I have no doubt that someone keeps an eye out here. I don't think the average OP customer has anything to worry about, I think they would be interested in those doing the Email scams or people selling things like Oxycontin.
