I am sorry that some of you read into my post 'to catch some abusers.' AS the following sentence states, 'What this means in particular I do not know...' I would have read that to mean drug dealers or serious abusers and not legit pain patients. With two PhD degrees in lingusitics and biblical interpretation that includes translating the Dead Sea Scrolls, I should have known better: I should have been more plain in my verbage. forgive
