double dipping is really referring to doctor shopping. If your doctor gave you hydro pills and hydro syrup, which would be weird to do so, its ok, one is cough syrup, but your original post about getting lorcet or whatever online at a stronger strength is doctor shopping or double dipping. If it has the same base medicine in it being hydro in this case and 2 different doctors who do not know about each other and whatever OP you use will ask if you are getting from somewhere else and you have a contract already with your local doctor, meaning you violated your contract and probably lied to the OP who asked if you were getting it from somewhere else. I think its in the questionnaire too, but I see a simple solution if you feel guilty, you are getting the equivalent of 12.5 10mg pills for 28 days and you can stop getting it from him and start getting it from YOD for example with 120 count which is equivalent to 240 a month of what you are getting now. You may pay a co-pay to doctor and co-pay for your prescription and that amount of money plus the gas to see that doctor probably costs more than the 12.5 you can get from online as part of a total script. If he is pain management, your decision seems pretty obvious to go to online only
