It's really too bad they are doing this. If they aren't shipping - they should just tell us, we could take our loss and move on. My customer care queries are now being answered within 24 hours, however, no products received. I suppose the 'love letters' could go on infinitely. I also didn't terribly enjoy the blanket e-mail, to those who received it. The fact that they made public many customer e-mail addresses, as opposed to blind carboning them, is absurd. I did get a chuckle out of one of the e-mail addresses though ==>
