Kicking is hard enough; kicking in jail would be the lowest. I'd tell my brother that is exactly what's going to happen to him unless he 1) goes to my doc and confesses and 2) checks into rehab. I'd also tell him I could probably overlook a few problems if he is really trying, but a month of pain just isn't worth it to me. I'd let him know that I know he is suffering, but now he's making me suffer too. By following the above suggestions he can right a wrong and begin the process of mending the suffering.
