I know you love your brother and this make is so hard. THis is my experience. I had/have a brother who has an addiction. "I" was the one that narced on him. Lots of reasons why I had to do it. I didn't go to the police. There are 8 of us kids and between us we figured we could help him. We did for a while. ANyway, As private realm said, you really do need to take care of you, as trying to help out, care and be patient with your brother truly is a losing battle. I don't mean that in a mean way. Things usually happen for a reason and htis may be your opportunity to help him even if he will not like you very much. If you tell the police he stole them he will most likely get the help he needs, not that he wants it right now. I know you have heard of tough love and this is one of those cases. If I were to be in your shoes, Yeah, I would tell hte police. Also, like private realm said, you will not get "your" meds from your doc and "you" will be the one to suffer. Tough situation, and I do feel for you. I guess what you should do is what your heart tell you to do, Just don't cut yourself short.
