Hi,
I also started MsContin(15mg) about a month ago,and thought it was a Godsend too.Unfortunately,that didnt last long,and now,it's as if I'm not taking them at all I told my PM dr about it,and he wanted to take me OFF my hydro's,and just give me 30mg of MsContin I said,"Um,no,I'll just stick w/these& leave things as they are."I know I'm lucky to have a pain clinic that even gives me hydro&mscontin,but now they seem to be"cracking down" on my pain meds,while telling me they will do what it takes for me to avoid joint replacement surgery.
Anyway,do NOT cut your pill in half-that could lead to an overdose!!!!!
