I, too, have Crohn's Disease. The hydro works wonders for the diarhea and the cramps. But be careful. I had a couple days last week where I felt great and I didn't take ANY hydro and believe me, did I pay for it (20 times plus!)! It's better to take the same amount every day. What you can try doing is to break the hydros in half and take every 4 hours -- that's what I do. I also have endometriosis which makes the Crohn's much worse during "that time of month," so I take extra then. Hope this helps. Sorry you're not feeling well.
