I know that many of you do not believe my situation, fine .
But I wanted to update to those who actually care.
I spoke with my attorney on Friday and he told me that the Assistant DA refused to even take it to the GranJury!. This did not please the County Narcotic task force who insist it does go to te grand jury. So we must now what for the DA to come back, his mother just passed away from cancer. He is suppose to be back today I think but I'm sure that he is probably not all there mentally and I;m sure that there is a stack of work waiting. But just the fact that the assistant DA wouuldn't even take this to the Grand Jury tells me so much. The DA may get pressure to take it to the Grand Jury but if the other DA thought this was really stupid would the grand jury, I don't kow but now I know that there is someone at that court house with common sense. If it is required I would have the assitant DA sopenad to testify why he wouldn't take it to the grand jury.
Just hearing this news have given me great relief.
