I, too remember that thread and I am so glad it has been reiterated here. I try to always remember to say please and thank you and because of that I REALLY notice and feel somewhat hurt if someone does not respond to me in the same way. Maybe "hurt" is not a good word, but I guess "taken for granted" would be more suitable. And Sonick is right, we are ALL guilty at times...so let's keep this as a reminder to remember that noone owes anyone anything...if someone helps you, they are going out of their way to help you. It takes time to reply to PMs and get telephone numbers and emails addies, etc...I think it's great this was brought up again.
