Whenever I hear about someone dying from Ephedra, it's usually something like, they took 50 pills, or they died of heatstroke like that baseball player, or they were trying to cut weight and weren't drinking any water. The people who died were taking Ephedra, but there were 100 other things that contributed to their deaths. I don't think Ephedra is that dangerous. Ibuprofen can put holes in your stomach, and no one's banning that.
