I dreamed that up when I was on probation way back when (10 years or so ago). The best part was my probation officers name was Dick. (Hi! How ya doin', DICK!)
Actually, I kept my nose really clean, so he liked me and was really nice. However, he did test me a whole lot more than 2 times in a year.
Here's a piece of legal advice that's worth about as much as you paid for it. Pay off your fines, court costs, probation fees, diversion fees, etc. ASAP. Once they get all the money, your PO will be much, much less interested in you and what you do. When I paid mine off, I was instantly transferred to "unsupervised probation" and never got to see ol' Dick again.
