Since I don't know what is IN your system, this may be of no help whatsoever but I will tell you that when I was in the hospital my doc told my husband they were going to do "extensive" drug testing because he wanted to make sure I wasn't taking anything to supress my appetite (I'm very underweight)...all I take is Valium and hydro. They found the valium...it stays in your system for awhile. BUT they didn't find the hydro that I had taken that very morning a couple of hours before the test. BUT same situation...I don't know if your weight has anything to do with how long a drug stays in your system, but my husband is 220lb, 6'4 and had to take a drug test within a week of taking Valium and it didn't show up. He has a script, but they said his drug test was totally clean. And the particular place that does these drug tests (don't want to get too specific) DO CARE about script drugs as well as illegal drugs so if they would have found the V, he would have known about it.
