Thank you. The actual exchange rate versus the amount a company will charge you for exchange are two very different things. When I called around to banks last week, the best rate I could get for 1 euro was 1.02USD, but if you take those same dollars and exchange them in an EU nation, you WILL get a greater number of euros than you gavein dollars.
Next time I will try the airport.
