Strictly speaking you are correct, however, I've seen cases reported where folks with U.S. Prescriptions have successfully embarassed FDA/Customs into releasing meds ordered by mail from Canada. One in particular was a retired guy, who was getting his Lipitor from Canada. So if you want to respond to a seizure letter with copy of your U.S. Rx and send a copy of all of materials to your congress-person, they may release meds to you.
