Eventhough we know what works and doesn't we are just not qualified to do that. I have found the number 1 best treatment for the type of pain I have, is rest when I can. I am not old enough to retire, not old enough to just quit, I have a family, cannot afford disability because I am not 100% disable anyway. I do require medication but when I actually get time off, I can do without the meds most of the time. My condition is caused mainly from overuse not like a back injury.
