Thanks Lumbar. They do have a Miami address, and my order came postmarked from Miami, with a Miami pharmacy return address. The Rx bottle had an RX #, name of doctor, pharmacy name, physical address, and phone number.
I did some DEA reading and it seems that the DEA does not straight out state that this type of OP is illegal. But I may be incorrect in my interpretation of their writing. The DEA seemed to state that an OP is legal if the prescribing doctor is licensed in the state in which he is practicing, the pharmacy is a DEA licensed U.S. pharmacy, the doctor establishes a doctor-patient relationship with the patient, and the drug you are prescribed is warranted for your condition. They just seemed to "frown upon" OPs that don't establish a doctor-patient relationship via a phone consultation.
Also, this site does not carry things like hydrocodone and benzos. So the fact that their list of drugs does not contain the "very addictive" drugs would seem to indicate that they are legal. Again, that may be a poor assumption.
I just wish I had 100% certainty that thedoctorspharmacy.com is legal, because I absolutely do not want to do anything illegal. Maybe this discussion is a re-run for some of you "old hands", but I am still learning and it would be good to know "for sure" about this OP (and similar OPs).
I would love to get "expert's" advice from one you knowledgable types .
