With the drug companies lobbying in congress, I think we have a long way to go before things change. The elderly population is growing, but Im sure the drug companies have plenty of "favors" to win over the support of congress. Money, last I checked was still the root of all evils. I think nothing short of a revolution will change the political climate as we know it.
