I think the main thing on the Atkins Diet is to drink TONS of water, and I mean more than 8 to 10 glasses a day. Some doctors hate the diet, others say it's okay. I do a modified Atkins, adding in more veggies and fruits - I just stay away from the obvious white bread, sugar, pasta, etc. I think the diet is perfect for men, women have a harder time.
The lipo was great, but very expensive. You do still have too watch your weight afterward or you will gain it back. It's a great thing if you have the money and want fast results.
