Muneca-you have a point if you are talking about having problems with OP X and then getting nervous about OP Z and calling OP Z to reassure yourself. Going to OP X again when having a problem the first time is on that person's head. Let's be honest and say the real reason why people send 50 emails and call 2 hours after a consult wondering why they dont have a tracking number, its withdrawl worry. I would bet 90% of the constant emailers and callers would stop if they had a 30 day backup supply. If you order something froms staples for example and it should take 2 days to get to you, chances are you are not going to call every few hours wondering where it is. I still stand by opinion that people who call and email way too much probably get more delays because of the annoyance factor of the people trying to do their job. There are people who threaten chargebacks and notifying the FDA if they dont get a response right away. One individual stated he/she spent over $60 in long distance charges. This would all but stop if people had a backup supply of whatever they order. Lack of money can't really be used as an excuse for not having a backup as OP are expensive to begin with and the first consult with meds cost $250-$300. It only takes one extra consult to make a buffer and that money would be saved by shifting from overnight to 3 day shipping.
