The first thing to know about drug testing is what the standard test looks for. What is being tested for varies greatly based on testing company, expense, expectations, federal requirements etc. Following is a description of what to expect from the standard tests.
The NIDA 5
Federal government guidelines (by NIDA-The National Institute on Drug Abuse and SAMHSA-The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) require that companies which use commercial class drivers licenses for employees must have a testing system in place. Among other things, this required testing program must test for 5 specific categories of drugs (sometimes referred to as the "NIDA 5"). Because of this federal requirement, most drug testing companies offer a basic drug test which checks for drugs in these 5 common categories. Cannabinoids (marijuana, hash)
Cocaine (cocaine, crack, benzoylecognine)
Amphetamines (amphetamines, methamphetamines, speed)
Opiates (heroin, opium, codeine, morphine)
Phencyclidine (PCP)

Expanded Tests
Most drug testing companies also offer an expanded test which includes a few additional drugs in the testing process. Most do not add all of these in their expanded test, but choose a different combination of 3 or 4 to add :

Barbituates (Phenobarbital, Secobarbitol, Butabital)
Hydrocodone (Lortab, Vicodin)
Methaqualone (Qualuudes)
Benzodiazepines (Valium, Librium, Serax, Rohypnol)
Methadone
Propoxyphene (Darvon compounds)
Ethanol (Alcohol)
MDMA (Ecstasy)

It's been my experiance companys dont pay for the expanded test options. But if they do test for benzo's

The immunoassays (EIA) are utilized to detect benzodiazepines in urine. All positives are confirmed by GC/MS.

Cutoff and Detection Post Dose
Cutoff by immunoassay is 200 ng/ml for benzodiazepine metabolites. This level is sufficient to detect the most common benzodiazepines for 48-72 hours post single dose and as long as a week post dose under some circumstances. GC/MS cutoff levels for the various benzodiazepine metabolites is 100 ng/ml.

If you take benzo's on a regular basis they can stay detectable for weeks, If you don't take them everyday they stay detectable for about a week or so. Benzo's are odd that way in some people they clear out fast in others they linger for weeks. I guess It depends largely on your personal metabolism. best personal advice I can give is to either dehydrate and rehydrate yourself several times to flush out your system or just over hydrate (drink lots and lots of water for a few days) and you should be able to urinate out most of the stuff in your system, Including vitamins and minerals.
