I had a prescription for my *cat* that i had to bring to Walgreens. It was not a controlled substance. But they still DID ask me what it was for. When i said the cat was diagnosed with "obsessive-compulsive disorder," she shook her head and asked me why they couldn't make it something simpler to spell, like "depression" or "anxiety." I said, call the vet if you don't like it.
