legitimate. CHEXCARD has one , and you can deposit funds at money gram agents.--usually party stores , it is like western union only called money gram.Cash money sent thru money gram is usually available a few hours later. And they have direct deposit , you can have payroll, pension whatever directly deposited if you want.It has mastercard logo on it. I like it because it's not going into debt and using money that you can't afford to pay back.
