I rec'd the same e-mail today as well and don't remember using any of those OP's in the past...hmmmm? Then I rec'd a "corrected" e-mail with essentially the same information except the reply addy was changed.
Personally, I wouldn't give my information away. Somehow, someway, they got my e-mail addy (hope no one is selling e-mail addys).
No response from me - that's for sure
