I stumbled onto this thread since I've seen my local carrier acting wierd lately. I buy and sell on E-bay as well. However, in the last 3 or 4 weeks, my carrier delivers my mail...then comes back about 30 minutes later and says "Oops, one more for ya" . He then leaves and I examine the package. It's always been a priority mail package and mailed within the US... one that can easily be resealed with the priority mail tape. It's beginning to kinda tick me off. I used to work in logistics/supply chain mgmt, and have seen things over-looked frequently by the USPS. I have seen 'checking' boxes for new checks left over in the bulk drop bags, REAL diamond jewelery, etc.. - I even found a certified/registered deed to a piece of property in Nevada as well. Just to let you know - all these items were returned to the senders by our company. I know the carriers are busy, but this is beginning to look suspicous now. I was thinking of video taping a mailing attempt to myself..ie.. showing the packaging of item, driving up to USPS drop box, and then filming the outcome from the courier. LOL..
BTW... All my OP stuff gets here unmolested. Go figure..
