My experience has been that it depends on the pharmacist. I have had different pharmacists at the same Phamacy say it is too early and others not say a word as early as 25 days. This is for Schedule II. I also had one pharmacy deny for being too early at 24 days and then went to a differnt pharmacy, same pharmacy different location and not have a problem. Some make a big deal out of it and some don't.

I also have had them ask why I need it early and if I say I am going away they usually fill it up to a week early. It's a mystery! lol
