Wow, after reading all these posts, I'm kinda lost as to the original problem. I guess Patty is sorry she posted an apology. I remember when you could talk to Kimberly on the phone. Like another member posted I'm sure with their size problems do come up. I've had some at holiday times and one other time and got help from Chris here at db, and one time from Stephine at NWW forum.
I had to use their forum once and got confused, but did get help from Stephine. There have been times when they were better than Amonzon. I've had consult and meds in hand in less than 22 hours. That's great.
I'm not defending any things they have been accused of here, if true.
But I'll tell you one thing, I am out of town working and considering trying to contact someone at NWW to see about getting refill sent to different address. Now I'm scared to even try that, won't be home till end of month and don't really know what I'll do now. Guess I'm up the creek with refill due thrusday the 10th, and not getting home till the 28th.
