I didn't have a problem with the new policy either. I had a problem with the fact that they could have notified the patients at the last consult or last refill. I also had a problem with mods. calling me a bonehead, a liar & other ridiculous things. Be professional. If you know that people are going to need more things because of policy changes notify them, don't let them find out when it is time for a consult. Professional OP's would do that I would hope.
