Sorry, gotta put in my 2c, maybe a dollar...
I am a NWW customer. And I NEVER use the NWW forum, too much hokey stuff, pokin fun,and NO real issues being resolved by Mods. Some w/ very "smart" mouths. Where is the compassion" Apparenty, not to be seen in this forum.
It ais quite apparent the mods are a close-knit group, and no offense intended, but they are CHEERLEADER for NWW. NWW should do more to edit their flippant replies directed to patients w/legitamate issues/problems
The posters questions are often met w/ sarcasm, readily backed up w/ comments from the other mods.
Then, when a topic is posted... VOOOM! A mod closes it. Is this to thwart off additional comments by other NWW customers/ Me thinks so.
What good is a forum, if one can't contribute since a post is now closed/locked.
And contrary to what "great" feedback NWW gets on boards, on any given day, The Customer Support thread is inundated w/ people w/ legitamate gripes/complaints.
And the mods can't answer'legally' anout CS concerns, so advice is given to address their indiviual concerns, same old advice, CONTACT PATTY/SAM/DAVID via PM for solution. Or call CS...another almost impossible task....CS phone contact leaves little to be desired, since getting thru is next to impossible, and when/if you do, you are directed BACK to Patty, Sam or David.
I am NOT dissing NWW, just the forum. You need to revamp the whole thing.
You need to adreess concerns in a caring and provide satisfactory results for your clients.
Also, iMHO, I think your mods are a little too immature to have the responsibilty for moderating, surely they lack compassion,and in many cases common sense.
Perhaps, you should D/C the forum until you can revamp in a way it will prove productive and offer 'genuine' help for your devoted following.
I also believe any NWW mod, coming over here and getting involved in "controversial" thread regarding NWW, should be relieved of NWW mod resposibility.
There are many forums who WIll take the mod position from a person who has posted (controversily) in other forums. Just food for thought.
in closing, your forum needs serious changes....
Unhappy clients post the majority of threads, and after all the mods get in on the original post, maling "LIGHT" of the posters concern/problems, they conveniently close the thresd!
Right now, it appears to be an elite social club (Again, no dispecect intended.)
And as stated, I am aNWW client. But I CAN NOT take part in the NWW forum, it's against my better judgement. Any problems I have encountered w/ NWW, I PM NWW David, off board, mainly because i do not want a lot of utter, useless,and condescending comments directed at me for voicing my personal experiences. PMs are much MORE effective than using a biased forum. Personal exp/problems are NOT to be aired in a public forum, especially when mods can't solve the problem, rather, they choose to go the cheerleading route for the Almighty NWW.
I appreciate NWW patty coming on this board. Thank you. And I certainly hope NWW can resolve the issues at hand. NWW david is also doing his best.
In closing, please, re-vamp your forum. Re-evaluate your mods. Even d/c those who just keep posting snide/sarcastic remarks to clients w/legitamate concerns/complaints.
I am a NWW customer.... I would like to continue, but this whole thing sends up RED flags.
