I was told that if I didn't like the new policies that there are other OP's out there by one of the moderators in this post. It's not that I didn't care for the new policies. I just thought that they should tell the patient prior to the next consult or refill. It is fair that way. I was also forewarned about the next consult???? I already had 3 consults or so. I post about what should have been done & then I was banned. The mods., especially the one that is in this thread was very cool to me when I was a client. My records (which were one page at the time) were all that I had. I just went to the doctor yesterday. Everything is fine. I used the OP, because some docs. do not believe in benzos for anxiety. It is just the truth. I was told by one former moderator that I would be given one refill, but I would need a paragraph from my doctor as to why I need this med. It stated it on my records that I had this problem. It was only 8-9 months. I was never notified prior by the mod. that is on this thread that I would need more updated records or by the doctor. I was told by another mod. that I would be given one refill, but she put me on hold & the supervisor denied it???? My records were fine. They stated the problem, my vitals & the appointments from 8-9 months ago. Then I state what they should have done with the mini-consults & I was banned from their site, called a liar & other names by the mods. This isn't professional at all. I can get more records now (even though my old ones were only 9 months old). I even sent in blood tests, which wasn't required. It just was a really frustrating time when a person wouldn't have even known anything, unless they would have waited to have a new consult. To be told to find a new OP then after being treated nicely for all of this time & giving them all of this money for service, one would think that they would have been treated much better.
